Account & storage

Your allowance is shared across Images, Videos and Files. It counts original file sizes. Preview overhead is included at no extra allowance cost.

Unfinished uploads

Reserved space expires after 24 hours. Cancel an unfinished upload to free its reservation; active transfers will need to restart.

Usage & cost estimates

UserStorage / allowanceUpload requestsMedia requestsD1 rows writtenStorage / month*Activity cost*Gross estimate*

*Per-user estimates use full rates before shared allowances or the base plan. They do not add up to the discounted total. Storage assumes the current originals remain stored for a full month; activity covers only requests tracked since installation. Uploads include thumbnail saves and multipart requests; media counts are requests, not unique files.

Planning estimates in USD, not invoices. Shared allowances are applied once, assuming available to The Forge. Other Cloudflare apps may consume them. Excludes historical activity, unauthenticated traffic, Worker CPU and logs, D1 storage, thumbnail storage, unfinished uploads, and Cloudflare billing-unit rounding. Telemetry overhead is estimated at one additional D1 row written per tracked request. Failed operations may be counted conservatively.

Calendar month in UTC; your billing renewal date may differ. Forecasts assume the observed daily activity continues and current storage stays constant. No forecast until 24 hours of observation. Warning thresholds are informational, not spending limits or email alerts.

Users & storage

Invite-only accounts. Assign storage manually; these plans do not charge customers. Share invitations and recovery links privately. Links expire after 24 hours and work once.

Photo metadata

JSON files stay unchanged in Files and count toward your storage. Links follow photo moves and renames. Deleting a photo keeps its metadata in Files; deleting the JSON from Files removes it.

Share

Anyone with the link can access this selected content. Folder links include their current and future contents. Your other files stay private.

Edit does not allow deleting files, moving them outside this folder, or editing document contents.
